1. About these terms١. عن هذه الشروط
These terms apply to your use of this website and to booking with Firas Sweets L.L.C. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade licence no. 125408, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدامك لهذا الموقع وعلى الحجز لدى حلويات فراس ش.ذ.م.م في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. رخصة تجارية رقم ١٢٥٤٠٨ صادرة عن دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة بدبي.
2. Language٢. اللغة
This website and these terms are available in Arabic and English. If there is a difference, the Arabic text applies.
يتوفر هذا الموقع وهذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. وعند وجود اختلاف يُعتد بالنص العربي.
3. Products and information٣. المنتجات والمعلومات
Photos and descriptions show our products as we make them. Size, decoration and availability can vary, and menu items, branch details and opening hours may change. Our products may contain nuts, milk, wheat (gluten), sesame and other allergens. Please tell us about any allergy before you order so we can advise you.
تُظهر الصور والأوصاف منتجاتنا كما نصنعها. وقد يختلف الحجم والتزيين والتوفّر، وقد تتغير أصناف القائمة وتفاصيل الفروع وساعات العمل. قد تحتوي منتجاتنا على المكسرات والحليب والقمح (الغلوتين) والسمسم ومسببات حساسية أخرى. يرجى إبلاغنا بأي حساسية قبل الطلب لننصحك.
4. Prices and payment٤. الأسعار والدفع
Prices for events and trays are given to you in writing, in UAE dirhams, in our quote on WhatsApp before you confirm, and include VAT where it applies. Prices on delivery apps are set by the app. We do not take payment through this website.
تُعطى لك أسعار المناسبات والصواني كتابةً، بالدرهم الإماراتي، في عرض السعر عبر واتساب قبل تأكيدك، وهي شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما تنطبق. أما أسعار تطبيقات التوصيل فتحددها التطبيقات. نحن لا نستقبل أي دفعات عبر هذا الموقع.
5. Bookings٥. الحجوزات
Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we reply in writing with availability and a quote and you confirm with us. The conditions for changes, cancellation and any deposit are stated in the quote, so you know them before you confirm.
إرسال نموذج الحجز هو طلب وليس حجزاً مؤكداً. لا يُعتبر الحجز مؤكداً إلا عندما نرد عليك كتابةً بالتوفّر وعرض السعر وتؤكد لنا. وتُذكر شروط التعديل والإلغاء وأي دفعة مقدّمة في عرض السعر، لتعرفها قبل أن تؤكد.
6. The live station and events٦. ستيشن الكنافة والفعاليات
For the kunafa live station and other events, the date, venue, access, timing and what we bring are agreed in the quote. Please give us accurate details and the contact of a person at the venue.
بالنسبة لستيشن الكنافة والفعاليات الأخرى، يُتّفق على التاريخ والمكان والدخول والتوقيت وما نحضره في عرض السعر. يرجى تزويدنا بتفاصيل دقيقة ورقم شخص في موقع المناسبة.
7. Your consumer rights٧. حقوقك كمستهلك
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its regulations, or any other mandatory law. If you have a complaint, contact us first. You may also contact the consumer protection authority, which in Dubai is the Department of Economy and Tourism.
لا يوجد في هذه الشروط ما يقيّد حقوقك بموجب القانون الاتحادي رقم ١٥ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ بشأن حماية المستهلك ولوائحه التنفيذية أو أي قانون آمر آخر. وإذا كانت لديك شكوى فتواصل معنا أولاً. ويمكنك أيضاً التواصل مع جهة حماية المستهلك، وهي في دبي دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة.
8. Using the website٨. استخدام الموقع
The photos, videos, text and logo on this website belong to Firas Sweets L.L.C.. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us. Please do not misuse the website or try to disturb it. Links to delivery apps and other sites lead to services we do not control.
الصور والفيديوهات والنصوص والشعار على هذا الموقع ملك لـ حلويات فراس ش.ذ.م.م. يرجى عدم نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذننا، وعدم إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة تعطيله. الروابط المؤدية إلى تطبيقات التوصيل ومواقع أخرى تقود إلى خدمات لا نتحكم بها.
9. Our responsibility٩. مسؤوليتنا
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come only from using this website. This does not limit any responsibility we cannot exclude under the law.
نبذل جهدنا ليكون الموقع دقيقاً ومتاحاً، لكننا لا نضمن أن يكون خالياً من الأخطاء أو دون انقطاع. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر الناتجة فقط عن استخدام هذا الموقع. ولا يحدّ ذلك من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.
10. Law١٠. القانون
These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have by law to bring a complaint to the competent authority.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبّق في إمارة دبي، وتختص بها محاكم دبي، دون المساس بأي حق يكفله لك القانون في تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة.
