• Khishneh has long golden strands, baked until crisp, for guests who like crunch.
• Orange khishneh is the bright orange crust Dubai asks for by name. It is the one that looks best on a table or a stand.
• For a bigger event, serve two types and let guests choose. Tell us in the booking form and we advise you.

We write your message across the tray in pistachio. Keep it short so it reads well. Some ideas:

• «Congratulations on the promotion» / «مبروك الترقية»
• «Mabrouk graduation» / «مبروك التخرّج»
• «Welcome to the world» / «نوّرت الدنيا»
• «Eid Mubarak» / «عيدكم مبارك»
• A name, or your company name, for offices and teams. Add your words in step 3 of the booking form.

The more we know, the easier it is to confirm. In the booking form, tell us:

• The date and the time the event starts.
• The venue or area, and whether it is an office, a hall or outdoors.
• Roughly how many guests.
• The message you would like on the kunafa, if any.
• We reply on WhatsApp to confirm what we need on the day.
